Dynamic Simulation of Continuous Catalytic Reforming Process Based on Simultaneous Solution

The dynamic simulation of the continuous catalytic reforming process is great significance to performance prediction and optimization entire process. In this study, a 34-lumped mechanism model described by differential algebra was established based on actual conditions in China, an efficient solution method simultaneous equations proposed. First, differential–algebraic basic principles kinetics, thermodynamics, material balance, energy balance. Secondly, order solve simulate composed 144 several algebraic equations, finite-element collocation used discretize convert them into large-scale, nonlinear programming problems, interior point algorithm estimate its parameters verify model. addition, avoid problem too long derivative time large memory process, methods such as sparse Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno (BFGS) with limited storage are problem. Finally, basis verification, sensitivity analysis whole carried out modifying different input parameters. results show that presented paper can quickly accurately dynamically.
